Residue from our Residue Drawings

Resdue-Drawings-Stage-2-a-OP2 first talked about these memory drawings, derived from our photographs of residue in the sink strainers. They were asked to add water to the drawing and move their hands over the surface, using the same kind of movements as the water going down the plug hole.

Farrah- soaked
Thomas – turning black
Sophia- drawing
Tom – pictures were going away as our page was getting wet
Ethan – brownie colour
Zara – paper was light
Lewis T – page was ripping
Devon -spongy like a car wash
Aaron -paper turned grey
Carter – page was turning like a tissue
Alexandra – the drawing was fading and dark blue was coming towards me.
