The pupils went outside to look in the hedge and bring something interesting back into the classroom.  There were lots of objects to pick.

The boys and girls carefully placed their object into a polypocket and then used a black pen to draw around the outline.  The object was repositioned and an outline drawn again.  The children continued to work on their piece overlapping and looking carefully at the interesting lines that they created.

The class carefully observed the lines and patterns that they created. Everyone worked really hard and enjoyed the task.

 It was good fun looking through the drawings too.
