This week I continued to construct the fabric house and concentrated on the back elevation. As I am not familiar with stitch and fabric I found the exercise quite mesmerising, although I do have a sore thumb! I have found that the action of sewing is very similar to drawing and the effects are bold even if somewhat naive, but this adds to the aesthetic of the artwork.
